I just wanted to take a minute this morning to express how enjoyable and efficient our Pre-Construction Meeting was last night. We met with Joe and Jeanne for an extended period and in exacting detail, as they made every possible effort to ensure that our home was designed, and would be delivered, with ultimate quality and exactly as we wanted it to be built.

Greg, I can not tell you what assets and what a valuable team Joe and Jeanne are for you and Arbor Homes. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and came prepared to present the excruciating detail that is paramount to this process. They brought forward, refreshing ideas and suggestions that only heightened the excitement that Linda and I have about our new home. The best part was that this all was accomplished in a way that relieved any anxieties and answered all the construction questions that we had as we collectively moved this process from our vision to tangible reality. I can truly say that I can not think of how the meeting could have gone any better nor been a more enjoyable experience. It goes without saying that yesterday was only an extension of the great assistance and support we have already experienced in working with you and Lynn up to this point.

What a wonderful email I am being given the privilege and joy of writing.

Well, we have lived in our new home for a little over one week now, and already, we can tell that our expectations are far exceeding our initial expectations.  We were aware from  the very beginning that building an “Arbor Home” would bring complete confidence and satisfaction in the end product knowing that our home being built was a home of quality.

From the ground breaking to the walk thru’s to closing, our needs were met and any special requests we had in building our custom home were accommodated.  Arbor Homes provided us, and continues to provide us with an exceptional level of service that would be difficult to find elsewhere.

Your Team comprises of professionals with an outstanding goal for Customer Satisfaction. We especially enjoyed working with Joe and Brad and are forever grateful to Brad for answering what seemed to be a never ending stream of phone calls.

The level of service we received could only be expected if there were to be a personal interest in building the home, but much to the “Arbor Homes” mission statement, your Team treated the construction of our home as if it were their own home.  Complete pride in workmanship!

We can’t go by without mentioning your Sales Manager and her commitment to us during the pre-construction and construction process.  There were many, many phone calls and emails and even some after hours phone calls, but she never wavered.  She was there for us from day one and was so excited to see us in our new home & welcome us as Neighbors.

We are very pleased with the post-sales service we have been receiving- another pat on the back to Arbor Homes.  Already, my husband is talking about building again and if and when that day arises, you can be sure we will look no further than Arbor Homes.

Cindy and I can’t say enough about the high quality of service your company provided throughout the design, planning and construction of our new home. You proved to be a great builder and kept us informed every step of the way. We loved the personal aspect of the process. It was not overly formal and we really felt like you were genuinely interested in our home and as excited as we were.

Since moving into our villa at Crimson Oaks, your organization has lived up to its promises, stood by its commitments, and in general has done most anything we asked of it. Even now, after enjoying our new home for the last ten months, Arbor Homes is still willing and available to correct any problem, even if it involves one of your sub contractors. It’s encouraging in today’s world to deal with honest, professional, quality people.

Greg, you better give Chelsea a raise. She is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. She is punctual, very pleasant and has genuine concern for the customers needs. We have worked with several builders in our life and you are by far the best, not only in attitude, but in expertise. I would highly recommend Arbor Homes to anyone building a custom home. As you well know, it is not often that your customers tell you how happy they are with the home that you built or how well the various members of the Arbor Homes Team performed during the construction of their home. I’d like to share with you the very exciting experience we had in building our “dream home”.

Craig and I were very apprehensive about building a new home. We were having difficulty finding a builder that could provide us with a home that had the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that we wanted and had in our current home. In building a custom home, I also wanted the opportunity to have a “hands on” relationship with the builder as the house was being built. I wanted the opportunity to be on site when things were under construction to discuss any special designs/features we wanted in our home and to change things “on the fly” if we chose to do so.

We knew after the first time we met you, and saw the quality craftsmanship of your homes, that we had found our builder. The often times very stressful experience of building a new home, as told by many new home buyers, was not a situation we ever encountered. All of the people we worked with at Arbor Homes were very knowledgeable and always willing to make sure things happened the way you wanted them, and that includes the carpenters and field personnel. Even “after-the-sale”, we have found that Arbor Homes is still there to make sure any and all issues are handled to your satisfaction.
